He arrived a while later, and I told him what happened. He was really upset and went home. I'm now going to go out with *Daniel (I think). It is what I want, but I'm absolutely racked with guilt. My boyfriend always treated me right, I just got bored I suppose. I always hated infidelity but now I've done it and I'm terrified in case it gets around the school, I'll be treated like a slag. I really regret doing it but I really like *Daniel. Am I doing the right thing? How long should I wait with *Daniel before going out?I know I'm a bad person, please don't judge. :/

Well you made a mistake, and its not good to be a cheater but obviously you were emotionally done with your boyfriend. My advise is to continue seeing this Daniel guy since he is the one you like, for future reference is best to end the relationship first. Your ex-boyfriend is hurting because you betrayed him just imagine if this was done to you. Apologize for your mistake but don't go back with him because your heart is not there and if your heart is not there you will most likely cheat again.
