I'm with AuntyEm. Also, try and tap into the transexual/transgendered community in your area, if there is one. They would be able to tell you who is good to see and talk to.
One way to find them is online, searching your town (or nearest big city) and "transgendered." Or, if there are some gay bars in your area, or even a "gay" church, that would be another place. Talk to people who know from experience.
Changing your sex requires a lot of time, money, therapy and surgery! So, you have to be really committed. But, find out as much as you can about it, and maybe then you'll find you still want to do it.
Take care!

Before you address any of the issues about who you want to be with, it is probably best that you address your desire to become a female. In order to do this, you need to speak to your doctor, who (if they cannot answer your questions themself) will put you in touch with a gender specialist. You may find this quite hard to do as some doctors can be unsympathetic, but do not be put off. You may have to try several doctors to find one who will assist you.
Good luck
