im in the same position, i dont even get the bit of flirting. The bad news is there is no secret to getting guys to like you, or girls for that matter.One thing you should try is talking to guys you dont usually notice, once i made an effort with girls i didnt particularly like and i liked her a lot by the endof the conversation, and i think she liked me. The success rate of this technique isnt great.
