When I'm at school, I can't act like myself, however as soon as I arrive home, I'm my usual self - fun, loud etc. Why is this? How can I be myself at school? I want to make more friends and be seen as nice (be liked). Reply to this Question Share |

I'm exactly the same, and you know what not being popular is called? Being normal. Trust me, you don't want to get into that croud, you'll be a much better person if you don't and you just have your own set of friends that you can count on. everyone wants to be noticed, but if erveyone was then nobody would be; if you get what I mean. You are the way you are because that's who you're meant to be, don't try to fit in with others just because you think their "cool" their not and you're better off keeping your distnace or a distant relationship. (Sorry for the lecture)If you're wanting to be abit noticed then just get chatting to people in lessons more, not anything major, just try to discreetly get involved with conversations. But mainly, if you work on your confidence out of your comfort zone then thats when you can just be yourself, thats all people look for, not copies or clones, just be independant and unique and then you'll be noticed for not trying to fit in.Hope this helps a little,Katy x
