I am NOT circumsized and basically, sex for me can be very painful because as soon as my foreskin rolls back, exposing the head of my penis, i feel extreme sensitivity, and to be honest PAIN in the head of my penis. For example, i can be having sex in one position, which can be fine, but if i need to change the position, when i pull out i need to use a dry t shirt or something to hand to pull my foreskin back up before going back in. Obviously this can be frustrating for both of us as it interrupts the flow of our sex...This also affects when i get oral sex or even a hand job. Because basically as soon as the skin is rolled back the pleasure turns to pain. Also, it makes it EXTREMELY difficult for me to have sex with a condom which makes casual relationships something i need to avoid..So what's wrong? I'm actually getting really worried about this. When i was with my wife it was ok, cos she knew and understood about it and we just got used to be, but other girls obviously find it strange at first and really, i just want to be able to have 'normal' sex. Any ideas???? please!

I'ld like to say it's normal, but only a couple of percent of males have it, or had it...usually circumcision or steroid cream does the trick.

the thought of going to a doctor to check this freaks me out to be honest...
one thing that i considered was perhaps rolling back my foreskin every day, and touching the head, a little more each day and somehow thus increasing my threshold...or does this sound ridiculous? :(

It doesn't sound like it is a problem with the foreskin. But rather an extra sensitivity at the head. I think you should ask your doctor about this.

You need to go to the doctor and get yourself checked. You could have an infection or something.

Did you have this problem the first time you had sex or with masturbation before then? Because if not then it could be an STI. If not then I don't know what it could be but you should get checked out as this isn't normal.
