writes: im a 22 year old girl, and i know a 23 year old guy who i've had a "thing" with for awhile. Well, recently i found out that he likes me, likes me....and everyone else thinks so too. I am anxious to talk to him again, but when i think about him liking me, my stomach goes in knots! I get all scared and i dont know why. is this normal? i've never been in a relationship, and he hasnt too much either. i dont know if im just nervous or what. thanks! Reply to this Question

reader, anonymous, writes (7 November 2006): Would it be a hardship if you asked him out on a date. Maybe just go for a drink at first. We all have been there. The nervous bit is just natural, be worried if your not nervous, you've turned to stone!! The next time you see him, make a point of speaking to him. Ask how he is, etc. Then take the bull by the horns and ask him out. If he doesn't want to then move on. Sometimes you have to override you nerves and pride and jump in there. Take care.

 i'm a 24 year old lad i met my girl when i was 23 my last girlfriend was when i was 15 year's old i was mega bricking it. when i started talking to my girl but she knew i was nervous and i could tell she was a lil and everything went well. you have to try your luck in life if you don't you don't get anywhere.
