writes: i am a 20 year old going to college, for me its a lonely part of life. I work too much, i have hard classes and i am very shy. the only real serious boyfriend i had was 1 1/2 years and that was two years ago. i havent dated yet. i dont know what my problem is...I find guys and hang with them and be friends. Friends nothing more. And some have become my best friends but they wont tell me why they wouldnt date me. i am not sure what to do in this situation b/c i am shy and i am kinda heavy but not alot. but i am nice and all that, what should i do ?HELP

 There is nothing wrong with you. You seem sweet & considerate. Just learn to believe in yourself - cos you have so much to offer. Often relationships develop out of friendships, so there's nothing wrong with that, and remember that guys can be quite shy even though they don't let it on. Have faith, you're going to meet the kind of guy that will appreciate your character. Just enjoy where you are here and now, and be confident, the rest will follow.
