stina agony auntHi there Anon,

I've heard that it's fine for the most part (as the other aunts have stated), but there are a few cases where orgasm has led to contractions which result in early births. But, I'm sure that this is not typical. I actually just found a website that addresses this (it also says this is not typical). It lists what you should and shouldn't do when it comes to anything sexual while pregnant:

Perhaps you should speak to your ob/gyn to make sure since everyone's pregnancy is different. Your ob/gyn should be able to tell you what's okay for you since he/she has your medical records and can tell you according to your own personal info.

Take care.

Im 7 months pregnant and have enjoyed a very active sex life all the way through my pregnancy, the Doctors or Midwives only advise against it in cases of any problems with yr pregnancy so as all is well carry on as normal! x

TasteofIndia agony auntYou'll be fine, just fine - so long as your pregnancy is a normal one. If your doctor thinks that there might be certain complications then he or she will probably advise against having sex.

So if you're having a perfectly normal, healthy pregnancy - sex should be FINE.

Enjoy, sweetness,

xxIndia

If you are having a healthy, normal pregnancy you can have sex right up until the time, just before birth. Talk to your doctor for confirmation and advice, though. Also, take a look at the below link.

Good luck and take care, dear

LISAG agony auntNo I don't think so, I'd have to check, but I believe you can have sex up until around 6 months pregnant - don't quote me on that though ! I'm pretty sure okay at just 2 months.
