 You might want to get some counseling. You didnt expand much but my guts are telling me that maybe its more than a confidence issue. Have you considered depression? Not wanting to go outside is a big indicator that there is a chemical imbalance. You really should get a little professional help. Trust me, theres no shame in it and it really can make a huge difference.
