It may hurt if you don't relax. Relax your pelvic muscles/ take deep breaths... you'll be fine. If you need him to slow down or take his time, then just tell him. Trust me, you'll be fine... and the discomfort you feel will go away in seconds. No Biggie! Good Luck!
