I mean, I have tons of guy friends who have told me I'm attractive physically and who think I'm tons of fun to hang out with, but I've never been asked out in my life...I've been given the old speech about how 'they're intimidated', etc, but I really can't imagine that's the reason...but I just can't think why I've been sitting around for years, watching my friends get boyfriends, but have never been on so much as a date...any ideas anyone??

Good luck and I hope this helps!

Same reason I didn't have a boyfriend until I was 18 I suppose. Just didn't meet anyone that I clicked with or had that chemistry with.
You're not "supposed" to have someone by the time you hit puberty and upward. It's perfectly normal to be single until you meet someone worthwhile. It's not a big mystery really.
