I'm 16 and paranoid. Should I see a doctor?

Yes, if you recogize what's going on, it may be a larger problem. Usually can't see it in themselves, so it's great that you can. Go see a Dr., tell them what's going on, and they'll recommend the next step. Recovery can be easy, and you deserve NOT to live this way.
