reader, anonymous, writes (29 September 2006): i think u should go and get a pregnancy test. i don't think your boyfriend will get into trouble because your sixteen and your aloud to have sex at the age of sixteen but you and boyfriend should have used protection. but u can't do anything about it now if u are pregnant.

No he wont be in any trouble as you are 16 and you were 16 when you conceived as well, so you certainly have no worries and in the UK thats the legal age and I am quite sure that the legal age is no higher than 16 in any other country. Take care and I hope the pregnancy goes well. xxx

 Im assuming that you are in the UK, in which case no he cant get in to trouble as the legal age for sex here is 16. You need to go get a pregnany test though to make sure, and then decide what you are going to do. If you are in any other part of the world ie the states then this might be illegal... there are some laws past that states that it can be illegal for the person having sex with you to be older by so many years.. ie if they were a college teacher of mature age, and you a 16 year old could be deemed illegal... but i dont think in this case this would need to be considered.

well first off, you need to take a test to see if you are pregnant or not. if you are, then not much can be said cause your 16 and legal. age difference shouldnt matter, all that matters is your legal. you need to decide whether to keep it or not if you are and if your bf will stick by you.

If you think you might be pregnant please go to a store and buy a pregnancy test, once you know for sure if you are or not, think what do you want to do, forget about your bf age, that it is not important now, as the most important person is YOU. If you are, ask someone some advice of what to do. Good luck!

 I suppose this would depend on the country you live in.
The UK age of consent is 16, so he cannot get into trouble.
In the USA, I think it varies in certain states.
