Other people have really shot up. Younger than me too. I havent had any growing pains after that - inside feels like my spine needs to grow and my legs but its not happening. Im still not as tall as my older brother who is only 5ft 7. Will I grow taller? When im 17? Or 18? Its hard when everyone else is 6ft around you. Reply to this Question Share |

By the time I reached my mid 20's, my height was at 5-6.5, and now that I am nearing 28, I'm pretty sure I won't get any taller. Mind you, your height is different by a slight decimal or two after you've slept for a long time versus later in the day when you've been up and about.

I have always been tiny. I am 4 ft 10. It is probably easier for a girl than for a guy. But I really am extremely small that I stand out wherever I go. So I know a little how you feel. And my father is 5 ft 4 and has talked about how he was bullied as a child because of his height.
It is possible that you have another growth spurt, but don't count on it. Like d4u04 says, youve gotta love yourself regardless. You've gotta get on with life with being small if thats what you've been dealt. Even if you do grow a bit more, you're not going to make 6ft.
Sometimes, sure, all you want is to be the same as everyone else around you.
But sometimes it is really good to be special, to be different, to be individual. Embrace it!

I wouldn't let it worry you, I'm 18 and I'm only 5"7 but it's never bothered me, you may well have another growth spurt because everyone's different and some do, some don't, but even if you don't it's perfectly fine, if you have a majorilly short family then chances are you'll be short yourself, like me, but just love yourself for who you are! Regardless of height
