The same kind of thing happens to me, basically the exact same.
What i do is use Tylenol extra strength, and it helps the pain go away in about 10-15 minutes for me. Then with that i take two tylenol's with codine in them. They start working in about an hour but the pain goes away for about 4 hours.
Just continue that throughout the day and you should feel better.
Also maybe a heating pad. That helps me when i try to go to sleep.
Hope this helps you :)

It relaxes all of the muscles and completely gets rid of the pain, good luck! :-) xx

Something an old lady taught me was to stand upright with your feet slightly apart then put one leg as far behind you as you can really stretching it out - just like you are warming up or exercising. Do it with both legs. It does work. whether it irons out the cramps or not or helps the flow I don't know but after about 5 mins you should feel a bit better. It also may take your mind off the unbearable pain. I hope it passes for you soon as I know it can be unbearable xx

I agree with fairy. I had exactly the same and the pill sorted them out. Stopped them hurting and stopped them from being so heavy. The other things that can help are hot tea and a hot water bottle.I would book a doctors appoinment and have a chat with them they would be able to advise what is best for you to do.

There are quite a lot of natural things that will help ease cramps:Moderate excercise (go for a walk)Hot water bottle on abdomenWarm (not hot) bathCammomile or Raspberry teaYogaI would tend to agree with Fairy-Lu, if they are bad enough to make you sick, you really should go and see your doctor.
