Stretch marks usually show up in the teen years as a result of rapid weight loss or weight gain. Drinking lots of water sometimes helps with their cosmetic appearance, but pregnant ladies often rub water based creams into their tummies when they are having babies to help with stretch marks...not sure if it works but you could try using cream on your stretch marks? I had some on my legs a few years ago and they faded with time so try not the worry - your body is still growing.
