Dear All

I'm 14 and I have feelings for this 12 (nearly 13) year old young lady and vice versa, she is very mature.

Do you feel it's appropriate to have such an age difference, I don't mean this in an inappropriate way I mean to be loving one another appropriately (hugging being b and g friend etc).

Adults do see us as both very mature and sensible.

I would apreciate your views.

thanks

myp agony aunt2 years is NOTHING. Its perfectly fine to be her boyfriend.

As far as "loving", if your gong to do anything of a sexual nature wait till shes at least 13, and make sure your both absolutely ready.

best of luck

deejuliet agony auntAbsolutely, it is appropriate for you to be this young ladies boyfriend. The age differance is not too great and since you both seem to be sensible enough to know that being boyfriend/girlfriend at this age doesnt involve anything sexual in nature, I say go for it!

flower girl agony auntI dont think there is any problem with the age difference, it is after all not that bigger gap, as long as you both apprieciate that you are too young for anything sexual.

If you like her go for it.

Take care.xx.
