2 years is NOTHING. Its perfectly fine to be her boyfriend.
As far as "loving", if your gong to do anything of a sexual nature wait till shes at least 13, and make sure your both absolutely ready.

Absolutely, it is appropriate for you to be this young ladies boyfriend. The age differance is not too great and since you both seem to be sensible enough to know that being boyfriend/girlfriend at this age doesnt involve anything sexual in nature, I say go for it!

I dont think there is any problem with the age difference, it is after all not that bigger gap, as long as you both apprieciate that you are too young for anything sexual.
