Focus more on your School work than each other and you'll grow up to be good kids.

Aw, to be honest I think this question is really sweet and adorable.
We have so many questions on here about 13 year olds being pregnant by 18 year old guys that this just seems like a breath of fresh air.
There is nothing wrong with you asking him out, I remember what having a boyfriend was like at your age. Holding hands, going to see a cute movie and enjoying milkshakes and fries together.
If you like this kid and you think you would be happy hanging out with him then go for it. I'm sure he would be happy to spend some time together :-)

I don't think 2 years is a too big of an age gap, but I really am against an 11 year old having a girlfriend. He's still a kid! What would you want with a child, not to mention you are still so little yourself, but at least you have hit your teens.
Perhaps set some standards, no dating boys that haven't reached puberty yet?
