I thought I was the only one like that at your age as well.
You will be ready, but maybe not just yet. Give yourself a little more time, and it will all get easier. At only 13 years old i went out with a boy, just because he could spit further than all the other boys, Yuk!! what was i thinking. He chucked me after 6 months because i wouldn't kiss him(im glad i didnt now). Your shy-ness will pass, and you will have loads of boys one day. Just dont rush it all.

 first off relax! only go out with guys you know really well, because then you will know what to talk about. talk to the guy you go out with like a girlfriend. when you are with him don't get worried or stressed out wondering what to talk about, if it goes quiet just don't talk, cuddle, kiss, the first time you kiss it will be amazing yet nerv racking. my first kiss was when i was 12 with a 15 year old, but i didn't let my nervs get the better of me.
just be confident and don't freak!
