In my opinion anyone over the age of 12 isn't a child, they're a teen.but don't go thinkin doin shiz like gettin drunk/high/laid will make you more adult-like, it will just make you look young and stupid. I mean sure do the stuff you wanna do but only if ya want to.

But it is absolutely charming, so you don't need to fret about that. But in general, no you are not considered a child. You are a full-fledged teenager now.

well it depends on who is considering you!! to your parents and grandparents you are always considered their child, no matter how old you are!! especially at this age, you are growing up and having all these new feelings, so they are going to be a little more protective of you and consider you a child. wen you turn 18 though you are legally considered an adult. if you act mature and responsible though, the people around you will treat you as a mature person.

A

When you become an adult is different, and would depend on where you're from, but generally that's at age 18 or in some places in the US, 21. Not sure about Canada, but once you're allowed to vote you're considered adult.
