If you are asking how to seduce a girl into sleeping casually with you or a friend then you are out of luck.
If you want to turn on a girl then the best bet is to date her, get to know her, fall in love with her, make her fall in love with you and BAM - hot sex.
If you want to get a girl to be a slut then you just have to flirt with her, get her chatting about it and then ask her. Alcohol will loosen you all up but do NOT get her drunk as that means she is not able to give informed consent and it will count as rape.
