I used to be depressed and no one could tell. Its not that ur hiding it but yes, you dontwant to be a burden to others.
Its best to just talk it through with a trusted friend or family member and then get help form doctors.
But you must talk to someone.

reader, anonymous, writes (21 April 2008): Why dont you just come right out and tell them exactly how you feel. You need help if your truly are depressed and that means a trip to the doctors, dont try and treat this on your own, or it wont work.

I have been there done that one going through it now.. Maybe you need to get a doctor.. depression is a messy situation. People are not miind readers so if you feel too uncomfortable to talk to friends or family, call a doctor. It helps to know you can talk to someone you don't really know and know it's not going anywhere else but between you two..Life is messed up sometimes and there are things people go though sometimes. I myself have not been to a doctor in about 6 years but I am going through a rough time right now dealing with somethings now in my life that I see no way out of without some guidance. Hang in there
