I Agree. She Is Probably Not Ready For A Relationship :)
A
reader, anonymous, writes (5 June 2008): I'm sure she likes you as a friend, and wants you to know this, but doesn't want a relationship with you. This could be for several reasons - she might just not like you in that way, or maybe she prefers to focus on her studies. Don't take it too personally honey.

As Uncle Phil says, studying will always come first, maybe (I dont know this) she doesn't want to become more than friends because she has fears that being your girlfriend may jeopardise your friendship. Just ask her along to an activity with a group of friends and 'test the water'

A
reader, anonymous, writes (5 June 2008): She probably doesn't dislike you and she sees you as a friend more than a boyfriend. So, as she doesn't dislike you, she must either like you or have no feelings either way.
She's probably got a wiser head on her shoulders than you might imagine and wants to concentrate on the important things in her life - like studying for instance - and doesn't want to be bothered with any of the additional problems that arise where relationships are concerned.
Clever girl.
