He has a low sex drive at the moment but this hasn't always been the case. Will he start looking at porn and checking out girls lol? I don't know how much it would change him he sin't very 'guyish' atm. Any help is appreciated

I kind of agree with the first female anon. It seems unlikely that he'd have a normal sex drive and then it would quickly disappear. Unless he's been having other physical problems than just losing his sex drive, my guess would be psychological not testosterone. But the doctor will be able to tell, and if he does have it, the doctor will also be able to tell you/him the side effects.

My father had low-T he wore a patch, it helped his mood and his energy. I can't speak to his sex drive (thankfully) but he was in his 60s when this happened.
Other than a low sex drive what else makes him think he has low-T? It's usually part of "male Menopause"
I found the symptoms of Low T here:
http://www.medicinenet.com/low_testosterone/page3.htm
In adulthood, low testosterone may lead to decreased sexual function and desire, infertility, and erectile dysfunction. Loss of hair, decreased muscle mass, and osteoporosis or decreased bone density may occur.
Women also have testosterone so don't think that it will make him super man if he does have Low-T and it is corrected.

He will still be who he is, but his sex drive might go up. And if he is moody now that might stop or get worse. He won't go from Dr. Banner to Hulk :)
It's hard to say how people react to an increase in hormones, but he most likely won't change drastically.
