just because you find women attractive does not make you bi
nor does being bi mean you have to be 100% evenly balanced.
do not worry abotu labels at this point in your life.

 No. If you fall in love with both genders then you are bisexual. Just preferring the look of a woman over a man doesn't say anything really. Most consider women to be naturally more attractive naked than men anyway, plenty of heterosexuals feel that way too.
When you are young it is natural to be curious, even about your own gender. Feeling an attraction towards your own gender is perfectly normal. Not all experience it, but tons of people do. Then later on we find out what our sexuality is, after we've done some exploring. But you definitely know if you are falling in love with a person of the same gender.
