Thing is I'm having some problems and home at the moment and social services are on my family's case, and they're allowed to access my medical records. If I was to go get the morning after pill would Social Services be able to find out I'd taken it. Please help quickly

As for SS being able to check (if you go via your GP) then I really can't see why they'd have a problem with you taking precautions unless youre very under age. If this is the case then please be very careful, you only have one life, dont throw it away on either an unwanted teen pregnancy or a STD that could be deadly.Take care
