As others so often say on here, if you are bold enough to have sex, you should be brave enough to talk about it.
If it isn't just a broken hymen, you could have a problem down there and MUST go to your doctor asap to have things checked out.
Oh, and to answer your headline question - he got it in, even if only part of the way, so you are NOT a virgin.
