Some guys can be very shy. I was. But you can be sure that even the guy who is most shy will look in your direction if he's interested.

hmmm an answer ,well ask yourself , is there a friendship between you two ? does he have a reason to come talk to you ? try that approach give him some reason to force him to talk to you ,and if he comes ,you ask him out . if he doesn't come he doesn't like you , if he does come , then ask him out because he does like you but is too shy to ask .

I do talk to other people, just not as much.And yes, if i don't like someone i wont talk to them, boys are generally pretty straight up and make it pretty obvious that they like you.Sorry, that probably isn't what you wanted to hear, but please dont go chasing after someone that plainly isn't interested.Anyway, hope i've helped :)
