He says he loves me yet he no longer complements me, wont text or ring me all day unless it's necessary, hardly spends time with me, always finding fault with me, never informs me or ask`s my opinion.If he does love me would he be doing all these things?I know i wouldn't do any of these to him as i love him and want to be with him.What would you call loving your boyfriend/girlfriend?

my friend is going through the same situation and i do know where u r coming from.
i wud say still dont make any hasty decisions but look out for the comfort of a guy friend..maybe show ur bf he cant take u for granted cuz thats what it seems like here.

reader, anonymous, writes (24 June 2008): sweetie, if you know in your heart that you would never do these things to him because you love him then maybe you should think that he doesnt love you as much as you seem to love him. i would say that maybe he is really busy with other things right now? sometimes the compliments fade away and the not ringing all day unless necessary is just because he doesnt have the time to do it or even think about it. but the always finding faults with you is somewhat bothersome to me. when people are truly in love, even faults seem non existent. and if he never asks your opinion, maybe he just doesnt want your opinion? when you are in love you always want your partners opinion, you are not only lovers but close true friends and value each others opinion.i know that is harsh to hear but it seems as he might be a little harsh towards you. i really hope other people will join in here and help you out a little more cause there are some really smart people on this site that give out excellent information. hang in there sweetie and make sure you keep us posted on what happens. xoxoxox
