If she has said it directly it may be she meant it.

I think it may be true sometimes when you're like, 13. But not when you're in your 20's.

Um... generally if I say I hate someone I mean it. If she's laughing when she says it though, or being sarcastic, (and you should be very sure that's the case) then it's probably not true and she's just joking, but otherwise... take it at face value - she probably isn't interested.
