This may sound a bit ridiculous/cheesy, but I was just wondering whether there are any women out there who have actually been willing to have a first date with a guy AFTER he has actually told her face to face that he 'likes her very much'. Aren't you supposed to hide your feelings and keep her guessing? Is this upfront disclosure therefore a complete turn-off, representing 'no challenge' for the woman in question? After all, feelings are supposed to grow over time are they not i.e. not be prepared in advance like something from Blue Peter. Am I right? Reply to this Question Share |

I totally agree with what you said mate.
Check out my question and you will see that by chasing too quickly and showing how much you like a girl early on sometimes just doesnt work = (

I'd rather not be kept guessing and unsure of how much I can trust the guy in question, and uncertain of how my own feelings will be treated and/or hurt afterwards.
Obviously I cannot speak for the rest of the female population ...
