 To be honest, I've never heard the same definition of "slut" from anyone. It's always different. I believe it's a combination of characteristics exsisting in a person (male or female). A person that dresses to get the attention of sex on a regular basis and revolves their life to acting in sexual behaviors with multiple people with no thought for the people that love them is (in my opinion) slutty. The question is, is kissing considered a sexual act? If you ask me, yes, it is! It is like the gateway to intercourse. Unless you are stretching your neck out to give a very casual kiss to a friend, kissing is the first step in having sex, in most cases. The fact that she is cheating on the person who wants to marry her makes me believe that she is behaving slutty. I am so curious to know why you ask such a question!

i used to be with someone in the army and he went to iraq and i was a complete mess. i loved him so much but couldnt take it. i ended up actually tryin to fall for someone else. it was really wrong but i was bit messed up. and it didnt work id like to add. i just got more depressed. it might be something like that. or yeah she might just be a slut.

 She's cheating. Immoral depends on who's involved. My idea of immoral is simple. Taking part in anything which causes harm to another. She may not be causing harm now, but if he knew what is going on, would his knowing cause the harm?
She needs to be honest with those she's involved with. Let him make the choice, instead of making it for him.
