 Depends on the guy, but looks to me like he's interested.
When I "Flirt" I'm just nice with the person I'm interested in. I smile, and look directly into her eyes.
I test her out by first giving my hand when I introduce myself, just to touch her hands to see if they're soft. I make her laugh, just to see how good her smile is. At this point, the Ice is broke and I know if she still interest me or not.
