 Not at all. Obviously im not in the know about thier culture but the way i see it is the guys that dont want to have sex straight off are the good ones. I know alot of girls who say 'he used me' meaning he was all up for the sex but when a commitment was mentioned he didnt want to know. Sex isnt everything, i wouldnt worry about it. I personally dont take sex as one of the first things on the list when getting to know a girl, and i'll ignore hints because i dont want the relationship to be tainted before it can get going. Slow and steady wins the race.

 All the japanese men -even the married men- have a strong interest in sex. Like any men all over the world. AJapanese men must be crazy to pass you by and avoid coming to your place. yes I think he is crazy and he is not interested.(all things being equal)
