 The reason we play seven minutes in heaven instead of spin the bottle is because so many of our friends are taken. So no, if they simply spend 7 minutes with another girl thats not cheating, but if they did anything, kissing etc, then yes, thats cheating, not 'just a game'. Althought I have heard of couples agreeing to both join in such a game and not count it as cheating, but personaly I dont think thats the best idea!Good Luck!xox

But he would be stupid to play it anyway considering hes taken and theres no way to say he didnt do anything

From my vast knowledge of teen movies from America I am guessing that he got locked in a cupboard with some girl.
It's only cheating if he did something with the girl.
If they stood there and discussed classical music then it doesn't count as anything.
