At some stage of our relationship, i took estrogen pills to get rid of my pimples and we had unprotected sex. I feel really weak and tired recently. I felt like my kidney is giving me problem. I am just worry if i get AIDS from the unprotected sex. He reassured me that he is clean, unless he inherited it from his parents. But he thinks his parents are clean. I need some advice on this matter. If a guy has unprotected sex with a girl, will a girl more likely to be infected than a guy? Coz the exposure for girl are consider to be higher than guy..What do you think? Thanks for reading my question.

It is to do with the fragility of the skin in the vagina, more prone to nicks and grazes and the virus is more able to enter into the blood. It is apparently the same way you can be more likely to be infected thru anal intercourse. (It's due to substantial mucosal exposure to seminal fluids) There are is a good website you can read up on this at.

I hope this will help x

Yes. A female is more likely to becaome infected through unprotected heterosexual vaginal intercourse than a man.
If you are worried about this, go to your doctor and get checked out asap. Chances are you are worrying yourself *sick* for no reason.
Please go and put your mind at rest.
Good luck x
