writes: hi all! i have a problem with my body i am 29 yrs old, i have a 10 yr old daughter and b4 i had her i was well built, not fat! solid.... i had an eating disorder after having her and lost 5 stone in a very short time. i am bk to a healthy 10 st. my figure is ok but the skin all over my body feels loose my stomach is solid when i stand up and i dont have any fat that i can c i dont understand why when i sit down it hangs over my jeans really badly. this mite sound real soft. and my double chin is just loose skin any ideas what i can do to tone my skin it the same with my boobs just loose skin, this may be an overshare but it gets me down xx it feels like my skins too big.lol

feed your skin both from the inside and the outside. Eat a varied and balanced diet with plenty of fresh fruit and veg, which are packed full of the vitamins and minerals necessary for healthy, toned skin.
Your skin tone relies upon proper and adequate hydration. Become dehydrated and you'll lose skin tone and elasticity.
Drink plenty of water, around 2 litres a day and you'll remain hydrated.
try some yoga or pilates, its really good for you and will tone your whole body when done correctly. hope this helped!
