One month is nice and all, but I wouldn't stress out over it. Just go grab dinner and a movie, say "happy one month" and let it be. Really, are you going to do some big, blow-out thing every 4 weeks? Probably not, and if you did he would probably feel overwhelmed and not enjoy any of it.
Just keep it low key, but at your age, save the big to-do for 1yr markers. Plus, unless you get engaged and married on the anniversary of when you two got together, then you're setting yourself up to celebrate 3 events a month!

An engagement ring? Seriously it's only one month, maybe at 3 or 6 months but is it really that much of an achievement to have stayed together for ONE whole month 4 weeks of hard work?
If you MUST do anything buy or make him dinner, don't do ANYTHING cutesie he won't appreciate it at all.

i dont think gifts for a one month anniversary are necessary.. Just think that means every month u will buy them? They will lose meaning. Me and my bf only really celebrate year anniversaries. We go out somewhere nice for dinner, something simple. I dont think there should be such a significance placed on monthly anniversaries, the point is to celebrate the day you started dating, not the month after. romance is better when its spontaneous anyway!
