I just wanna say be careful of a threesome. I've heard that it's hard to not let feelings get involved with having another person in your bed. It could open a huge can of worms. So think carefully before doing that.
Maybe try new positions, techniques as well as locations. Do it in every room of the house. Go camping and have sex under the stars. Buy a sex book for new ideas maybe. You seem to both be very open. I'm sure there are some good books out there with lots of ideas for people like yourselves. Try tantric! Delayed orgasms are the best :) Or try doing anything but penetraction for a month. See what happens :)

Here’s some suggestions:
“The mile high club” sex on an airliner… a jet bathroom (or private suite, like on the A380 Airbus).
Sex in a limo. The driver doesn’t care, trust me.
Sex in the boardroom table of an executive office high rise.
Sex in a zoo. Let the animals hear you roar.
Not that I have done any of these things! :)

My girlfriend told me some places she did it with an ex, which I'd like to do too, but she doesn't want to. The only other place I have done it outside the bedroom, which I am sure you might have done, is a hotel.
My girlfriend has done it in a barn, a car, and an airplane hanger (her ex was a pilot). She did it in a college dorm room with another ex, but we (and possibly you) no longer live in dorm rooms, we have our own apartments now.
