My boyfriend is an otr truck driver. We have been talking about me getting a full time job. I have no problem with doing this, but it would mean never seeing each other when he is home. That would end up killing our relationship. What should I do? Being low man on the pole with this new job means I have to work weekends, that's when he is usually home. But we could really use the money if I take the job. Please someone help!!! And he doesn't want to switch jobs, he makes good money.

Your big sis agony auntThe best thing to do is hold out for a job which does not require you to work on the weekends. That way, you satisfy your money needs and your relationship needs as well. Don't lose hope! There are plenty of jobs out there that do not require working weekends. Best of luck to you!
