She has an interview for a very nice job this friday and i thought if she gets it i can treat her or if not commiserate her with a new watch and also what with christmas coming up... But i am fairly clueless as to what to get. I have seen this one however and would love some opinions :http://www.hsamuel.co.uk/webstore/detail/R/6337457/?cm_mmc=Froogle-_-CKB-_-watches-_-nullIt is quite expensive and without sounding cheap i am quite broke at the moment but it will be worth it if she likes it. Also, if anyone has seen any other nice watches some links would be greatly appreciated :)Many thanks for your time :p

To be honest, (and having been rejected by about 10 interviews this last year) she may well feel really guilty about accepting this watch if she doesn't get the job. She will KNOW that you bought it as a congratulations and she failed.
There are so many people going for every job at the moment that you have to be a brain surgeon to get a job as a hospital cleaner.
Plus if you are broke then she will feel bad as well.
It is a nice watch, if she is into designer labels etc. Just be careful NOT to buy any extra insurance as H samuals are poor quality and then they lie to sell you insurance. It's happened to a friend of mine.
It's a lovely idea but to be honest she may well prefer it if you just gave her a nice hot bubble bath and candle lit meal to come home to. She won't find out how she did on the day so she'll be super nervous and a load of cuddles and a nice box of chocolates will do more than any amount of expensive watches.
Good Luck!! xx

I like this style too, and it is less expensive than the other one, it is smaller in size, really cute and pretty too, I like the two tone metal because it goes with both gold and silver jewelry...so anything you wear with it will go....you can't go wrong with a stainless style watch.

I am from the US, but here is a nice Citizen watch at a good price.
If you are going to invest money in a watch, I would recommend that you do not buy a department store brand watch, like DKNY, Anne Klein, Fossil, Guess, etc. because these are considered throw away watches, generally when the inner mechanics quit working on these watches they cannot be repaired, or opened up and worked on by a watch maker or jeweler, it would cost more to repair than replace the watch.
You want to look for an all stainless steel case and crystal watch face with a movement inside that is not made of plastic parts.
Citizen is a very nice brand, Seiko, Bullova, Skaagen for example that are in your price range.
That citizen watch is a real bargain however....and am sure Macy's could deliver it to the UK.
