Question - (8 January 2010) 1 Answers - (Newest, 8 January 2010)
A female United Kingdom age 36-40, anonymous writes:

I am very confused. I recently started a post-grad course at university and get on really well with one of the guys on the course. We are both into the same types of music and have attended a couple of concerts together. Both of us went to a hous party on halloween and he had his arm around my shoulder most of the night and held my hand. Since then however he has not acted any differently towards me then he did before. When I asked him about halloween his response was "don't mention it!" I am really confused about how he feels about me but don't want to ruin a good friendship although I would like it to become a relationship. Any advice???

He seems ashamed about what happened on haloween by his response and has proved, even if he does have feelings for you, that he doesn't deserve you. Forget about him. He's not worth it. Move on, forget about having a relationship with him and if you think that he is a good enough friend then keep him as a friend rather than have a relationship with him.
