You dont need to make him feel like he has never been touched before, just be the first to do new things with him. Try different rooms, positions, times of day, buy an unlikely gift, book tickets for something just enjoy the time you have together.

You'll have to define what you mean by 'sexy', ie. turned on or looking good or whatever you mean.
