writes:Okay where to start, i met this lad around college and we also work together, was great we got chatting on myspace then he gave me msn was all going well, there was a college party there and it was also my birthday, i had a rather huge amount to drink, and i came over to where he was sitting, necked half of his pint and kissed him on the cheek and run off to some guy then i danced all the night away with other lads, he was talking to some girls, when the club had closed i kissed him on the cheek and stumbled out and walked home with the girls. That mornning shocked by my behaviour, i mailed him aplogising and saying that i liked him and it was him i wanted to spend the night with not some guys, he said it was okay, and that i am a nice girl and he gave me his number and i needed to make it up to him, then it was my birthday so i didn't talk to him for a few days, but he said happy birthday etc. I text him asking him if he fancied a meal some time and he replied, i'm not a meal person, and didn't mean it in that way. It was then his birthday, work was having a do, so i went, but my friends stood me up, saying they went without me because he didn't want me there. I asked some one to ask him if it was true, and he said it was crap and i asked him myself and he said 'nahh, wanted you there' all happy didnt think any thing of it, then rumours went round saying he didn't want me there, so i asked him to his face and he said he didn't want me there but only i could to keep me happy, then said but was ok for you to come in the end. I left it at that, i dont know what i did wrong. I got my male friend to have a man on man chat, and he said that he had said, i came on strong and i was acting weirdly!! I'm really hurt, but now we can't even look at each other and it's impossible to work together now!! Please help suggestions

 OK I know this probably sounds harsh but forget him. You don't want or need a guy like that-he's playing with your feelings and no decent guy would do that.Hold your head up high and put it down to experience. Why should you feel you can't work with him? OK so you got a bit drunk etc...It's you that's apologised and tried to make the right moves. sorry but he doesn't seem worth it to me-just be yourself, learn from your mistakes and don't get hung up 'bout things like this-life's too short- get out there and enjoy it!you go girl! :-) x
