writes:I know it sounds like the most obvious question in the world but how can you tell if someone really likes you? A woman at work and I have become close very quickly, only in the last few days and sms each other and hang out consantly now. She is very flirty with me, talking quite diry and calling me sexy and lots of endearing names too. She rubs my back and touches me heaps. When I saw her in the staff cafeteria we stared at each other as we were with different friends and then made excuses to our separate friends to leave so we could hang out. I'm just not sure if she likes me or not as I don't know if shes just being friendly and would hate to ruin the friendship by making a move or asking her. What signs could I look for that could give me a clue?

 I think if she is calling you sexy, you already have something beyond a friendship. Shes either a tease or she does really like you. I think you should confront her, if she goes all funny with you and runs a mile shes not worth another thought. The description of her behaviour definetly points towards her liking you though
