I also sometimes wear the same clothes the next day so as not to dirty new ones. I have now just thought however, am i carrying bugs and dirt such as mrsa on my clothes and does this mean that i have now spread it all over my house :s if so what should i do? should i be changing and washing my clothes everytime i get back or is that just being a little too paranoid? I'm confused at to why you're worried about MRSA? Does your girlfriend have MRSA? From my understanding is that it's already on a lot of peoples' skin and if there is a a break in the skin (just scraping your arm on something)can cause it to get into the bloodstream and attack. I really don't think you'll be spreading MRSA by not changing your clothes.
Sorry, but I do have to agree. You should change your clothes daily...and shower...

Some very ott brash and somewhat rude answers there ladies. I haven't intentionally been doing this and you make it sound like i don't care but i wouldn't be asking otherwise. A little more tacked is in order when answering these questions please.

Highly over-reactive response there i feel but thanks anyway.

It's not you that you should be bloody well worried about!!!
A third of adults in this country carry MRSA around. We are all fine with it though because it only hurts ILL people. People like YOUR GIRLFRIEND.
By being a grubby little idiot you have been bringing all the dirt from yourself and your dirty house into a hospital full of people with no immune system.
You need to start worrying about the filth you are carrying IN TO the hospital.
Do you wash your hands when you get there or have you been bombarding your poor sick girlfriend with all the dirt of the outside world?
Give her at least a chance of getting better and stop hurting her by bringing her new bacteria and filth and then touching her on a daily basis.
If you can't keep up your own personal hygiene then don't go into a hospital.
Good Luck!! xx
