I'd say it'd be almost a miracle to get pregnant under those circumstances. Your pill was only late by a few hours, and you're on your period. Therefore, I'd say you're fine! Save the $$- don't think you need Plan B!

DO NOT GET PLAN B if you are taking birth control pills. You will make yourself sick. You cannot take it while you are on the pill or you will be putting way too many hormones into your body. Plan B is just a stronger dose of the exact same hormones you take while on the pill. I repeat, do not take plan B or ec while taking your pill.Generally missing a day on the pill is not enough to get you pregnant. It might lower the effectiveness by 1%. You missed less than 12 hours and doing this once is unlikely to have any impact on the effectiveness of the pill. The hormones don't leave your body quite that fast. However, I'm wondering how you are on your period if you are taking your pills. I'm assuming what you mean is that you are taking the week four pills? In almost all pills (including yours) those (the week four final week of pills, check your drug information packet or ask your pharmacist to be sure) are placebo/sugar pills. They contain no hormones and not taking one has no impact whatsoever on your protection. Also if you are on your period, it's nearly impossible to get pregnant AND probably means you aren't pregnant. And you're on the pill. This is pretty much impossible. But again, DO NOT TAKE PLAN B WHILE ON THE PILL.

Sperm lives inside your body for a few days, you can ovulate just after your period depending on your cycle length or if you have irregular cycles. You're on the pill but since you forgot to take it at the same time it's possible you could ovulate. Take a test and use plan b to be safe.

I seriously doubt you are pregnant but for peace of mind you could pee on a stick and see (take a pregnancy test)

If you are having your period now, you aren't pregnant.

It is possible that you could be pregnant, but it seems highly unlikely especially if you are having a normal period. Go ahead and take the Plan B, as it won't hurt anything, but don't freak out. If you are still worried, wait a couple of weeks and then take a home pregnancy test. Do continue on your pill regimen as well, unless you come up with a positive test. Which I seriously doubt you will.
Much love and Best wishes

It's very unlikely that you are pregnant from this accident. On the warning labels on your birth control packets, they say that if you missed a pill, you take it as soon as you remember and you should be okay. If you miss it 2-3 days in a row, you need to start using a backup method until your next period and until your next batch of active BC pills. If you missed 2-3 days in a row, that's when there's a high chance you can become pregnant.Another thing is that you got your period, which is another indication you probably will not become pregnant after this. But you never know, of course. So be very careful, always take your BC at the same time, and I hope you both are monogamous otherwise you better be using protective barrier BC's. And stay away from the cannabis.

If plan B is a morning after pill, it won't work. MA pills are only effective within 72 hours of the incident, with the effectiveness decreasing as time goes on.
Even though you are on BCpills and have your period, you could still be pregnant. Take a test, it's the only thing that will give you the answer you're looking for.
Learn your lesson - bring the pills with you in your handbag, and if you need to, take the morning after pill IN TIME.
