 Gonna have to talk to him on this one and ask him what's up. You're both very young and relationships are hard at this age and equally very hard to guys to be faithful for very long at this age. It's their hormones. You'd be wise to not try and have a serious relationship with anyone until you are much older, otherwise you're just going to suffer alot of heartache and build up serious trust issues that will haunt you later in life.
