I dated this guy last summer who had just gotten out of a relationship. He was very depressed and I seemed to make him feel better. I was basically his shoulder to cry on all summer. I fell more in love with him than I ever have with anyone! Physically and emotionally I was drawn to him. Out of nowhere he decided we should not see each other bc he was being selfish by not giving me a real commitment. He then started ignoring me. Now I have dated a lot of guys but never made a fool out of myself like I have with him. The first month I got really drunk and did what I said I'd never do... Texted him I was pregnate! He knew I was lying and I apologized a ton in which he said he forgave me. I don't know who he's seeing now but a year has gone by n we have occassionally texted:-(. I'm still in love with him so badly!!! Do u think there is a chance he ll ever want me again?

A female reader, anonymous, writes (28 May 2009):

Honestly, probably not a chance. You were his rebound girl and he cared enough to let you know that he wasn't going to give you a real commitment. You didn't make a fool of yourself except for texting him you were pregnant! He forgave you but he's moved on and so should you.
