I agree the all medical questions should go to a medical professional.

You need to call the doctor who diagnosed you and have her/him explain it to you in detail.

This question really should be directed to the physician who ordered the testing or your primary care doctor. I found this link http://www.webmd.com/a-to-z-guides/antibody-tests which may provide some help but I think it will merely raise more questions and cause confusion. Talk to your doctor or a nurse or physicians assistant at his or her office.

Are you pregnant or have you received any blood transfusions?
Have you tried calling the medical professional who ordered the test and diagnosed you? Have you tried calling the clinic or hospital where you were diagnosed?,
